Couldn’t let today go by without a pic of The Birthday Girl – we’ve had an awesome day, and we are all absolutely shattered. I’m hoping that means we’ll have a bit of a lie-in tomorrow, but I’m not hopeful…
“outfit of the day”
find me a… girls’ winter coat
I love being asked to write a “find me a…” post. Not only does it give me an excuse to pore over various online shopping portals, but I enjoy hearing whether or not the person I’ve been doing some personal shopping for actually likes the items you have chosen! Continue reading
outfit of the day – pocahontas meets precious metals
outfit of the day – choo choo charlie
So, of course you remember my post from last week, where I outed myself as a bit of a clothes and outfit finding ninja, and found my lovely friend and her two sons a selection of hoodies? Yes? Continue reading
c’est très magique! outfit of the day
Today it’s all about Otis. His sister is such a whirlwind that quite often she takes over, commands attention, leaving poor old Mr Fox (called so as Fox is his middle name) to wonder what might have been, but happily get on with playing with whichever toy he has managed to steal from his older sister or climb on whichever piece of furniture is in his path.
outfit of the day #2 – a day at the park

Another beautiful day, another opportunity to keep out the summer clothes to try and get maximum wear out of them!
Today’s outfit is a new favourite – a denim jumpsuit from baby Gap, a bomber style cardigan from Zara Baby, and her favourite ‘candles’ from m&s. The bomber cardie is probably too small for her now, it fit her really nicely last summer – I’m quite upset it won’t last another year!
one item, three ways – green dungaree dress
I absolutely adore my children. They are funny, spirited (yes, they’re *those* sorts of kids….), humorous, and affectionate (oh, so very affectionate, it’s quite endearing if slightly inappropriate at some points – my son’s open mouthed kisses, for instance….).
But FARK ME they are expensive little buggers.
outfit of the day #1

A lovely day here today – I made sure I offset the boringness of an epic supermarket shop with a trip to the playground on our estate. Coco and Otis are looking forward to the schools going back – not because they’re old enough to go, but because they get their normal play areas and haunts back again from the big kids! And I’ll admit I’m secretly looking forward to it too.
throwback thursday #1

One of the hazards of the job of being a mum to a 1yo is lack of sleep due to night wakings. I’ve been blessed with two *relatively* good sleepers, so when one has a bad night! it’s a bit of a shock to the system.
Last night was one of those nights.
what to wear? soft play…

Tomorrow, Coco, Otis and SuperDad are going to soft play.
I am not.
I am getting a day TO MYSELF.
