As we sat down for coffee a couple of weeks ago, my friend Katie said to me “you like looking at websites for children’s clothes, right?” It was disappointing to hear this from a woman who has become a great friend of mine over the last three years (we paid to be each other’s friend we met at NCT classes) as when she said that, I felt like she DIDN’T KNOW ME AT ALL.

I absolutely adore my children. They are funny, spirited (yes, they’re *those* sorts of kids….), humorous, and affectionate (oh, so very affectionate, it’s quite endearing if slightly inappropriate at some points – my son’s open mouthed kisses, for instance….).
But FARK ME they are expensive little buggers.

Today did not go to plan. Last night I had all sorts of plans to research, or photograph the remainder of my baby clothes to sell {sob}. But Otis was really poorly as I was getting him ready for bed, and then was ill during the night. I slept on his bedroom floor just to make sure he was ok overnight (last time he had a sickness bug he ended up being hospitalised) so today was spent in pyjamas.
