friday focus – H&M

H&M is one of my most favourite shops for the kids. It is SO reasonable, on trend, but practical too. It ticks any boxes I may have. My kids get the most compliments when they are wearing their H&M stuff. So tonight I have spent AGES perusing the H&M website to bring you my favourite items from their site (oh, the things I do for this blog!). It was actually inspired by a dress purchase that I made for Coco, ironically that isn’t (yet?) on their website – I have no doubt it’ll feature as an outfit of the day shortly as I am dying to get her in it….

So here are my favourite items:

And still despite everything being really reasonable, I could *still* spend a fortune in this place!

Have an awesome weekend, let me know what you buy over the weekend!

EDIT – I’m not sure how or why polyvore has screwed up all the links to the items! SO annoying!

friday focus – Retro Kids

I always thought that I was a pretty savvy shopper. Not in a financial sense, more in a ‘oh, if you need THAT, then you’ll need to go HERE’ sense. Kind of also like my sister, who is a designer – as soon as she saw a long lens fuzzy paparazzi picture of Kim Kardashian’s wedding dress, she IMMEDIATELY went “oh, that’s Givenchy.” And she was right (and that’s why she’s bloody great at what she does).

friday focus – Donna Wilson for John Lewis

Ugh, it’s Friday. TFIF. This week has been a bit of an up and down one in the LKS house, with stuff that I wouldn’t dare bore you with, otherwise you’d never come back to visit me. And I can’t have that, so I won’t go into any more detail other than to say TFIF and this week is over 🙂

I needed a bit of self love on Thursday afternoon (no sniggering in the back!), plus the kids needed new shoes, so off we went to my happy place bluewater (again). I’m sure any other parent will appreciate the sheer unbridled joy of a free parent and child space right next to one of your favourite shops, so straight into John Lewis we went.
